Apple Harvest Camporee
Welcome to the homepage of the Monticello District's 41st Apple Harvest Camporee!
The Camporee will held October 11-13, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Park in Palmyra.
Scouts BSA / Venture Crews / Explorers
- Online Registration Fee: $10.00 per Scout and Scouter
- T-Shirts are $10.00 each and will be given to the unit at Friday registration.
- T-Shirts are only available by pre-order.
- Webelos T-Shirts need to be ordered with the Unit they camp with
- Late/Onsite Registration Fee- $15.00 –
Each Troop/Crew is asked to sponsor one of the camporee event competitions. We want each troop to be creative in how they plan for their event- trying to incorporate the theme if possible. Small Troops/Crews can join forces to plan and run an event. The Camporee Committee can help make connections if needed. Only one person from the troop(s)/Crew should access the sign-up portal. There are standard skill events that we have at most camporees, but there are also “Wild Card” slots where a Troop/Crew can come up with their own event- with camporee approval. The sign-up site provides a description of the event, unless it is a Wild Card. Troops who want to host a Wild Card event can sign up and then contact the AH Staff to provide details on their WC event. Once a unit signs up for an events , that event will be removed from the sign-up site to avoid redundancy and confusion. Each Troop/Crew will need to make plans to get all of the items needed for their event station to the camporee. You can drop any items off at the event station after 4pm on Friday, October 11th. There will also be camporee staff available to help move event equipment as needed. Sign-ups will need to completed by September 27- the same day registration closes.
